ELISSA PHAN
Harmony Permanent Makeup Studio was founded in late 2018 by Elissa Phan. After graduating from Tennessee School of Beauty in 2016, Elissa began working as a nail tech for about a year until she found her passion in permanent makeup. She became a certified microblading artist after graduating from PhiAcademy. Her ultimate goal has been to expand her team in order to better serve her clients and eventually hold trainings/classes for students.

ROSE QUAN
Rose started her beauty career in late 2018 -after several years of working as a nail artist, Rose found her passion in permanent makeup. She joined the Harmony Team in 2021. After a year of taking models and completing her apprenticeship directly under Elissa, she was finally ready to start taking clients in late 2022. When she’s not in the studio, she loves spending time with her husband and two kids!

Maryna started her beauty career in 2022 after spending many years in the fashion industry. She found her love for permanent makeup after taking one of Elissa’s classes in microblading. She then further developed her skills by learning lip blushing and is continuing to learn all things permanent makeup. Maryna officially joined the Harmony team & started taking clients in early 2023.
MORGAN GRECU
Morgan started her beauty career at Harmony in 2023 after completing her apprenticeship in 2022. Once it was time to find a home studio, she knew Harmony was where she wanted to be. Currently, Morgan specializes in brows and lips. When she is not in the studio, Morgan loves spending time with her husband and 2 boys, Wyatt & Thomas.
